The Gemeinnützige Entwicklungszusammenarbeit GmbH (GEZA) is an Austrian, confessional independent Non- governmental Organization that engages in development cooperation and educational work on development policy issues. In terms of “helping people to help themselves” we realize projects together with our local partners and raise public awareness regarding the concerns of people in the “South”.

 

Our goal is to contribute to the attainment of the UN Millenium Development Goals and to poverty alleviation. Notably, we execute projects in the areas of health/HIV, education, peace and democracy facilitation, women’s and human rights as well as educational work in Austria and advocacy work in Western Sahara.

 

True to our motto “reach out to the world“, we currently implement development projects in Africa as well as educational projects in Austria.
